For anyone curious or interested in following along here is tomorrow’s workout for my gym, El Garage that I’m calling “Welcome to the club, Belle.”

Active Warmup: 12 mins

Circuit 1 – 3 Sets
Clubbell Overhead Swings – 60 Secs
Clubbell Basic Mill — 60 Seconds
Lunging Split Jumps- 60 Secs

Circuit 2 – 3 Sets
Side Pendulum Swings- 25 Each Side
Turkish Get-ups or Clubbell Rock-Ups– 8 Each Side
Double Kettlebell Clean and Press– 15 reps

Circuit 3 – 3 sets
Battle Rope – 60 Seconds
Barbell One Arm Snatch – 10 Each Side
Burpees- 15 reps

Ab Circuit – 2 sets
Bike – 80 counts
V-ups – 20 reps
Boat Row – 30 count
Hanging Straight Leg Raises – 15 reps
Wheel – 15 reps
